How long does it take to process a CV?

What CV formats do you accept?

We accept all standard formats: PDF, DOC, DOCX and TXT. We also use OCR technology to process scanned CVs or images. No need to convert files - we process them automatically.

How does the 0-100 scoring work?

The overall score reflects candidate compatibility with your position. It's calculated based on multiple factors: skill match (40%), experience relevance (30%), education and certifications (20%), and other factors (10%). Each category has its own detailed score.

Where does the "evidence" in reports come from?

Evidence is extracted directly from the candidate's CV. Our AI identifies exactly the text or section that justifies a particular match or score. Every statement is backed by concrete quotes from the CV, not assumptions.

Can I customize evaluation criteria?
